Mini Excursions

Journada’s Mini Excursions are interest based and are a great way to see and do a few things, especially if you have limited time to visit the beautiful west coast. Mini Excursions can be stand-alone mini breaks, or they can be added on to one of our pre-planned tours to customize your adventure. Usually two day, one night trips, Mini Excursions allow you to pick from our list of activities in the area you have chosen.

For example, if two of your party are keen golfers and want to try out a few of the many courses Victoria has to offer, and the others want to sample the local cuisine, or visit Buchart’s Gardens, you can choose those activities from the lists provided and Journada will make the arrangements for you, ensuring that all participants arrive for their tee-time, and tea time!

Mini excursions can include many different activities such as: boat charters for fishing, whale watching, and sight-seeing; farms, markets, horse-back riding, and petting-zoos; garden tours; gastronomical delights of all kinds, including everything from breakfast to dinner, (not to mention high tea!); golfing; spas; shopping in big centres or small local art galleries; music, theatre, and dance; storm watching (seasonal and weather permitting!); as well as many other activities like go-carting, zip-lining, spelunking, hiking, biking, museums, and paddling of all kinds.

The only limitation is availability of activities in the area you have chosen to see within an approximate 100km (62mile) radius. You decide where and what and we will make it so.
