The Butlers take the west coast of Vancouver Island-Journada Excursions style!

From start to finish on our Journada Excursion, my husband and I were pampered every step of the way! Join me in my wee photo journey and let me show you why!

Our tour took us on the Pacific Marine Circle Route from Victoria through Sooke, Jordan River, Port Renfrew, Lake Cowichan, and Duncan. Our Driver was always willing to stop our vehicle for any photos we wanted! Like this view of the Olympic Mountains across the Strait of Juan de Fuca. Sometimes stopping for a photo required patience and driver skill to manage our impromptu requests and no request was too big or too small!

Our Journada driver was gracious in his time frames while making sure we still arrived at our destinations safely and comfortably. Journada’s luxury class vehicle ensured that our ride was tremendously smooth. With separate interior climate zones, I could enjoy air conditioning while my husband turned on the heater!

Port Renfrew was too beautiful to hurry through after our delicious lunch.

West Cost Vancouver Island

I REALLY wanted an opportunity for my husband to snap my picture inside this shale “cove”.

Did I mention that our driver granted my wish to check out this lonely bonsai tree (actually a Douglas Fir) on Fairy Lake?

Journada Excursions accommodation choices were excellent! Rooms with water views in both Nanaimo and Tofino were stellar! You can see by my boots below, that it didn’t take me long to get onto the beach in Tofino, once we had arrived. A little splashing around with time to look for some clams…….

How about this view with our morning cup of coffee at the Long Beach Lodge Resort? Those surfers were hardy types in the early morning mist! The scenery and the dining were first class, all the way!

One last stop for my favourite treat, chocolate! Oh yes you CAN before you begin the journey back to Victoria! Who cares it was the middle of the morning? Journada Excursions. Where they do their very best to make your wish, their command!
