The city of Nanaimo is Vancouver Island’s second-largest city with a population of approximately 84,000. The city’s population continues to grow thanks to a region that caters to lifestyles of all kinds and one that is host to a number of seasonal festivals and events.

“The Harbour City” contains a quaint old downtown core known as Old City, located near the city’s harbour that which also features oceanside restaurants and pubs. The pristine beaches in the City of Parksville and Town of Qualicum Beach are perfect for sunny afternoons, while Englishman River Falls provides several spots to enjoy an afternoon by the river and cool down with a swim, well as spectacular waterfalls to view throughout the area’s trails. Located just outside of Parksville is Coombs, home to the famous Goats on the Roof market. Coombs contains an eclectic mix of small shops and is another must-see destination when one is in the area.

If a customer is a no show after 30 minutes without at least a telecom or text, their party agrees to forfeit the deposit and will receive a refund on the remainder of their payment following that. If, for reasons beyond our control, Journada Excursions are unable to meet the scheduled time within 30 minutes, we will reschedule or refund 100-percent of what has been paid.

Journada Excursions reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. No open alcohol beverages in are allowed in company vehicles. No illegal substances of any kind will be tolerated during company tours.
