Trip Guide

We offer three (3) services

• City Tours: including surrounding areas, done in 1 day or a portion thereof. Including but not limited to Site Seeing, Gastronomical Delights, Cideries, Breweries and Distilleries, Castles, Gardens, Area History, Real Estate etc.
• Luxury Excursions: which are multi-day trips over Vancouver Island, the South and North Gulf Islands, Desolation Sound and the Sunshine Coast/lower mainland of British Columbia.
• Limousine Service: in which you say where you want to go and we provide a suitable luxury vehicle and professional driver.
• Vehicles for Hire: None, we do not rent out our vehicles without a driver.

We provide

• a luxurious Audi vehicle and professional driver.
• bottled water
• we stop where you want to stop for photo ops, comfort breaks, food etc. unless it is not safe to do so. We can and will offer suggestions.
• all trips can be modified on the fly if you desire. * Changes may alter the price you were charged. We charge per hour, on all city trips and limousine service, or portion thereof $105 including GST.
• On our Luxury Excursions we cover all costs, except personal shopping, on your luxury excursion from the moment and place we pick you up to the moment and place you are dropped off.

You are responsible for

• on top of our fare, you pay for all expenses you incur on your city tour or limousine service E.G.: food, ferry, beverages other than bottled water, any and all purchases taxes and gratuities you may incur.

Vehicles

We drive Audi’s exclusively. Our current fleet is two black Q7’s (6 passenger plus a professional driver) Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV). One is used for the city trips while the other is used primarily for the luxury excursions and limousine services.

We also have a 6’x10′ trailer that we take on the luxury excursions as needed for additional luggage, safety and medical supplies, emergency food, and storage for luggage, wheelchairs, walkers, strollers etc.

All our vehicles have passed the required annual safety checks for a commercial vehicle, in British Columbia Canada and are regularly serviced.

Journada Excursions Inc. operates under a National Safety Council (NCS) safety certificate number.

Drivers

• Class 4 restricted BC drivers professional license (10 passengers or less)
• Years of safe driving experience with a clear ICBC driving abstract.
• Thorough knowledge of the areas they drive in.
• Our Luxury Excursion drivers have level 1 industrial first aid, we carry a level one first kist and an automated external defibrillator or A.E.D.
• all our drivers have passed a background security check by their local police department or RCMP and their fingerprints are on file.

Risk Management, Ethics & Quality Assurance

We employee a Risk Management & Ethics officer who ensures we operate on the straight and narrow. We routinely and unannounced spot check drivers by having someone unknown to them included on a given trip, tour or service. We are only interested in delivering the best, safest and ethical service to all our customers.

Promotions & Rights

Only one coupon or promotion may be redeemed once per customer, group or trip on our “City Tours” and “Luxury Excursions”. They are NOT valid for use with our Limousine services.

Combining more than one coupon or promotion is not permitted.

Journada Excursions reserves all rights with regard to coupons, promotions and who may or may not ride in our vehicles at all times.
